Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping — United States

Fair Impex offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Estimated Delivery: 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the US.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you at the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or by logging into your Fair Impex account.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes during peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@fairimpex.com or call 914-916-2815.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Fair Impex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@fairimpex.com — we will make every effort to correct it before shipment.
